This is to advise that I assume personal and individual responsibility and liability, and guarantee payment of all charges due and payable to Lane Seven Apparel Trading. Lane Seven is authorized to accept Telephone Orders/Email Orders from our business and charge the total cost of the order to the credit card account on file where applicable. All information listed will be kept strictly confidential.

 

Payment Terms:

We accept all major credit cards, money order, wire transfers, PayPal, cash wire transfer, cashier's check or business check. There may be a 3 convenience charge on all non-cash transactions unless otherwise prohibited by law. Acceptance of company check requires prior approval from Lane Seven Apparel. Accounts will be charged 5 if returned for any reason.

In addition, customers with approved credit are eligible for standard factored payment terms of 15 or 30 days.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice, due to unexpected raw material pricing increases or availability.

Shipments:
All orders received by 1pm PST are usually shipped same day unless specified. Orders are normally shipped through UPS Ground. Please advise if you have a specific shipping preference. Local customers are invited to coordinate same day pick up, by contacting customer service at 213-536-5315. Seller is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Seller shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than the customer. Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, FOB Lane Seven's Warehouse. Some orders may require a deposit.

Return Policy:
Complete customer satisfaction is our primary goal at Lane Seven. Please inspect all goods prior to printing and/or decorating merchandise. Products claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all merchandise before washing, pricing, or otherwise embellishing product. Lane Seven cannot accept garments that have been altered in any way or form (i.e. screen printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, dyed, embellished, etc.). Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Samples and items on special/clearance are non-returnable. Returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Discharge Printing:
Most of our cotton colors are dischargeable. We always highly recommend that our customers test samples prior to proceeding with production. Due to various mechanical procedures, environment and/or chemicals used could cause differences in results. This is considered normal. Please inform your customers accordingly.

Garment Specifications:
Please note Lane Seven Apparel makes periodic updates to garment specifications. Current inventory may include a balance of garments from a previous specification. Lane Seven ships by FIFO practice (First In First Out). Please contact us with any questions.
